With a seemingly never ending rapid change in many areas of investor relations, what does the future hold for IR and IROs?  As the SEC seemingly exhausts its resources working to fulfill Dodd-Frank requirements, where has SEC Chairman Mary Schapiro set the focus for 2012? How are changes in capital markets impacting public companies? What changes should we anticipate impacting our field?
 
Jeff Morgan, President  & CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute, will address these questions, and more, as he provides an update on investor relations to include Dodd-Frank requirements, proxy advisors changes, and other regulatory issues.
