Rebecca Palumbo
Biographical information

Rebecca Palumbo became a member of NIRI in 2012 and currently serves as President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, having previously served as Vice President, Secretary and Logistics Chair, Programs Chair and as an Officer at Large. She is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Administration at Hallador Energy Company (NASDAQ: HNRG), a position she has held since March 2013. Her primary responsibilities are shareholder relations, managing corporate governance, and external financial reporting and compliance with the SEC and NASDAQ. Since she started her employment at Hallador in 1988, she has had various positions. Hallador is primarily a coal mining company, with operations in the Illinois Basin.

Kathleen Marvin

Biographical information

Kathleen Marvin originally joined NIRI in 2008 and most recently served as President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, and has previously served as the Chapter’s Secretary. Kathleen is Director, Investor Relations, for CSG. Since joining the company in 2000, she also held positions in business finance and corporate development. Prior to that, she was an equity analyst with Denver Investments covering the media and technology industries. Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis and portfolio management. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University and a Chartered Financial Analyst charter.

Louis Baltimore

Biographical information

Louis Baltimore joined NIRI in 2017 and is currently the Director of Investor Relations at Extraction Oil & Gas (NASDAQ: XOG), an exploration and production company focused on acquiring, finding and producing oil and gas reserves in the DJ Basin of Colorado. He joined the company in February 2017 shortly after its IPO. Prior to that, Louis was the Investor Relations Analyst at Cimarex Energy (NYSE: XEC). Louis moved to Denver from the East Coast in 2011 to do equity research covering E&P stocks for Macquarie Capital. After graduating from business school, he worked for a small private E&P where he successfully secured a $300 million private equity commitment for a project in Ohio’s Utica Shale.

Louis earned a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Chris Barkley
Vice President and Communications Chair
Biographical information

Chris Barkley has been a member of NIRI since 2015 and currently serves as Manager, Investor Relations & Market Intelligence for Ball Corporation, a global supplier of metal packaging for beverage, food and household products customers and of aerospace and other technologies and services for the U.S. government. Chris joined Ball in 2008 and prior to investor relations held positions in operations, strategy and sales. Chris graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and holds a Master’s degree from Regis University in Business Administration with a specialization in strategic management.

Heathe Cooper

Biographical information
Heathe Cooper has been an active member of NIRI since 1998. She is currently serving her 7th term as Vice President and Membership Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter and has previously served the Chapter as Sponsorship Chair and on the Golden Summit Committees. Heathe has 30 years of experience in the graphic design industry and is currently Director of Sales & Project Management at Watermark, a communications design firm. Prior to joining Watermark, she spent over 20 years at Curran & Connors, becoming Regional Manager in the Rocky Mountain region after a successful stint in the Company's NY headquarters, Residing in Longmont, CO, Heathe has served nine years on the Board of Directors of The Longmont Humane Society and has more recently committed to serving her community via the Longmont Community Justice Partnership program.
Marti Dowling
Secretary and Logistics Chair
Biographical information
Marti Dowling first became a NIRI member in October 1998 and is currently serving as the Secretary and Logistics Chair. She currently serves as Director – Investor Relations for National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA), a self-storage REIT headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado and which launched its IPO in April 2015. In this role, Marti directs all aspects of Investor and Media Relations. Prior to joining NSA, she served as Manager – Investor Relations for PDC Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PDCE), an oil and gas E&P company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Previously, she worked with Aspect Energy, Inc., Chateau Communities (NYSE: CPJ) and Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE: FST), all Denver-based companies. Marti graduated cum laude from Regis University with a dual-major Bachelor of Science Degree in Management – Finance emphasis and Marketing. She went on to earn a MBA – Finance and Accounting, also from Regis University.
Tricia Haugeto

Biographical information
Tricia Haugeto has been a member of NIRI since 2017 and currently serves as Director, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for Array BioPharma, a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery, development and commercialization of targeted small molecule drugs to treat patients afflicted with cancer. Prior to joining Array in 2001, Tricia held positions of increasing responsibility in Public Affairs at Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global pharmaceutical company. Tricia graduated from Douglass College with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree and holds a Master’s degree from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in Communications and Information Science.
Marisa Jacobs

Biographical information

Marisa Jacobs currently serves as Director at Large for NIRI Rocky Mountain and is the Senior Director, Investor Relations at Crocs, Inc.. Previously, Marisa served as the Vice President of Investor Relations at Express, Inc., Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at two other publicly traded companies, Covanta Energy, and Claire’s Stores. Marisa also serves on an Advisory Board at Fordham University in connection with their Masters in Investor Relations program. Marisa is a published author in the field of investor relations with articles appearing in Investor Relations Magazine, IR Update and Accounting and Business. Marisa holds a BA from Dickinson College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She also holds a JD from Columbia University School of Law.

Carole Curtin Jorgensen

Biographical information

Carole serves as the Vice President and Partnership Chair for Rocky Mountain NIRI. She also provides consulting services as a Strategic Investor Relations Advisor helping address critical Investor Relations matters and strategic communications. Carole led Investor Relations for tw telecom inc. (formerly Time Warner Telecom) from 2001 to 2015, until its acquisition. As TWTC’s VP of Investor Relations, she provided leadership during many strategic events and growth cycles including secondary equity offerings, refinancings, acquisitions, new technology and product launches and shareholder activism. She also led key finance roles at US West, Inc. and MediaOne Group, Inc. and served as an Audit Manager for Arthur Andersen & Co.

Colleen Kilduff
Vice President and Programs Chair
Biographical information
Colleen Kilduff joined NIRI in 2017. She is a New Jersey native who has lived in Denver since 2010 and joined Business Wire in May of 2017. Colleen has been in client facing positions since 1994. Formerly a Business Development Manager in IT staffing, she helped companies fill their open roles in technology. Colleen serviced Investor Relations executives from 2003-2012, as an Account Manager for companies that eventually became known as Ipreo. Earlier in her career Colleen worked in financial services, in New York at Swiss Bank (now UBS) and Boston at Fidelity. Her family of 5 includes her husband, two children and a German Shorthair. Colleen spent a year in South America in 1999 and enjoys travel, skiing, and hiking. In her free time she enjoys making candles, researching the family ancestry and trying new restaurants.
Kevin Kim

Kevin Kim is currently serving as a Sponsorships Co-Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter. He is the Global Director of Investor Relations at Molson Coors, a leading global beer company. Since joining the firm in 2013, he has improved the reach and impact of the Investor Relations program at Molson Coors. Prior to Molson Coors, Kevin served at Crocs, the footwear company, where for three years he served in investor relations and financial planning and analysis functions. Prior to that, Kevin was for several years a sell-side equity research analyst covering consumer stocks for Robert W. Baird and D.A. Davidson. Kevin graduated from the University of Oregon with a major in Economics and Political Science. He also earned his MBA from the University of Colorado Denver.
Steve Nutt

Steve Nutt has been an active member of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NIRI since 2007. He held the offices of President, Membership Chair, Programs Co-Chair and Director at Large. Steve is the Senior Account Manager for Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. He was a member of the Broadridge Steering Committee tasked with implementing and educating issuers on proxy distribution, the annual meeting process, and Notice & Access. He has over 25 years of experience in Account Management and is a Colorado native. Steve graduated from Colorado State University with an emphasis in business and entrepreneurship.

Ann Scott has been member of NIRI since 1999 and currently serves as Vice President and Sponsorship Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter. Ann is also a member of the NIRI Senior Roundtable. Ann Scott is Vice President, Investor Relations for Ball Corporation, a global supplier of metal packaging for beverage, food and household products customers and of aerospace and other technologies and services for the U.S. government. Ann joined Ball in 1988 and throughout her 30-year career moved into positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, treasury and finance departments. After Ball relocated its corporate headquarters to Broomfield, Colorado in 1998, Ann assumed overall responsibility for the company’s investor relations program including serving on the disclosure and governance committees and as competitive intelligence liaison to the strategic planning department. Ann Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Ball State University.
