Marti Dowling first became a NIRI member in October 1998. She joined the Rocky Mountain Chapter’s Board in May 2016, and currently serves as Chapter President. Marti is the Director of Investor Relations for National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA), a self-storage REIT headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colorado and which launched its IPO in April 2015. In her role, Marti directs all aspects of Investor and Media Relations for NSA. Prior to joining NSA, she served as Manager – Investor Relations for PDC Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: PDCE), an oil and gas E&P company headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Previous to that, Marti worked with Aspect Energy, Inc., Chateau Communities (NYSE: CPJ) and Forest Oil Corporation (NYSE: FST), all Denver-based companies. Marti graduated cum laude from Regis University with a dual-major Bachelor of Science Degree in Management – Finance emphasis and Marketing. She went on to earn an MBA – Finance and Accounting, also from Regis University.
Rebecca Palumbo became a member of NIRI in 2012 and currently serves as Immediate Past President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, having previously served as President, Vice President, Secretary and Logistics Chair, Programs Chair and as an Officer at Large. She is the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Administration at Hallador Energy Company (Nasdaq: HNRG), a position she has held since March 2013. Her primary responsibilities are shareholder relations, managing corporate governance, and external financial reporting and compliance. Since she started her employment at Hallador in 1988, she has had various positions. Hallador is primarily a coal mining company, with operations in the Illinois Basin.
Mark Alexee is the Director of Commercial and Operations Strategy at Neo Performance Materials (TSX:NEO), where he guides long-term strategy including Investor Relations efforts. He has 14 years experience in investor relations (public issuer and consulting sides) and corporate finance. Prior to Neo, he advised small- and mid-cap programs at TSR Concepts, an investor relations consultancy he founded. From 2015 through 2018, he led investor relations and treasury at Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc (NYSE: CMG), where he helped navigate shareholder dialogue through a national food safety crisis, shareholder activism, and change management. Prior to Chipotle, he helped launch the inaugural IR program at Molycorp, Inc. (NYSE: MCP), and held several corporate finance and strategy roles while at Molycorp and Dish Network (NYSE: DISH). He began his career advising IR programs with FTI Consulting in Chicago, and initially joined NIRI in 2006.
Louis Baltimore joined NIRI in 2017 and is currently the Director of Investor Relations at Extraction Oil & Gas (Nasdaq: XOG), an exploration and production company focused on acquiring, finding and producing oil and gas reserves in the DJ Basin of Colorado. He joined the company in February 2017 shortly after its IPO. Prior to that, Louis was the Investor Relations Analyst at Cimarex Energy (NYSE: XEC). Louis moved to Denver from the East Coast in 2011 to do equity research covering E&P stocks for Macquarie Capital. After graduating from business school, he worked for a small private E&P where he successfully secured a $300 million private equity commitment for a project in Ohio’s Utica Shale. Louis earned a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Ben is currently an Account Manager for Broadridge Financial Services, representing Corporate Issuers on tasks relating to Annual & Special Meetings, Corporate Actions, and Shareholder Communication. He enjoys the outdoors, has 2 dogs, and races a vintage Formula-V race car.
Heathe Cooper has been an active member of NIRI since 1998. She is currently serving her 8th term as Vice President and Membership Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter and has previously served the Chapter as Sponsorship Chair and on the Golden Summit Committees. Heathe has three decades of experience in the graphic design industry and is currently a Director at Watermark, a communications design firm. Prior to joining Watermark, she spent two decades at Curran & Connors, becoming Regional Manager in the Rocky Mountain region after a successful stint in the Company's NY headquarters, Residing in Longmont, CO, Heathe has served nine years on the Board of Directors of The Longmont Humane Society.
Kathleen Marvin, CFA, IRC joined NIRI in 2008 and most recently served as Immediate
Past President for the Rocky Mountain Chapter, and previously served as the Chapter’s President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Kathleen is Founder of KDM Advisory. Previously she served as Director of Investor Relations for CSG from 2000-2019, as well as positions in finance and corporate development. Before joining CSG, she was a VP, Equity Research Analyst with Denver Investment Advisors covering the technology, consumer services, and media sectors. Kathleen has over 25 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, and portfolio management. She earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.
Ann Scott has been member of NIRI since 1999 and currently serves as Vice President and Sponsorship Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter. Ann is also a member of the NIRI Senior Roundtable. Ann Scott is Vice President, Investor Relations for Ball Corporation, a global supplier of metal packaging for beverage, personal care and household products customers and of aerospace and other technologies and services for the U.S. government. Ann joined Ball in 1988 and throughout her 31-year career moved into positions of increasing responsibility in the administrative, treasury and finance departments. After Ball relocated its corporate headquarters to Broomfield, Colorado in 1998, Ann assumed overall responsibility for the company’s investor relations program including serving on the disclosure and governance committees and as competitive intelligence liaison to the strategic planning department. Ann Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Ball State University.
Deborah Coffman became a NIRI member in 2018. Deborah joined Summit Materials in 2013. She has been the Corporate Communications and Legal Projects Coordinator since 2015 and was previously an analyst. In her current role as Manager, External Communications, she manages Summit’s social media presence, works in partnership with IR and Sustainability departments to develop Summit’s Annual Reports, websites, and other related external communications. She has strong communication and branding skills. Deborah has a Master’s of the Arts in Applied Philosophy from Bowling Green State University and graduated in August 2019 with a Master’s of Science, Marketing from the University of Colorado, Denver.
Colleen Kilduff joined NIRI in 2017. She is a New Jersey native who has lived in Denver since 2010 and joined Business Wire in May of 2017. Colleen has been in client facing positions since 1994. Formerly a Business Development Manager in IT staffing, she helped companies fill their open roles in technology. Colleen serviced Investor Relations executives from 2003-2012, as an Account Manager for companies that eventually became known as Ipreo. Earlier in her career Colleen worked in financial services, in New York at Swiss Bank (now UBS) and Boston at Fidelity. Her family of 4 includes her husband and two children. Colleen spent a year in South America in 1999 and enjoys travel, skiing, and hiking. In her free time, she enjoys making candles, researching the family ancestry and trying new restaurants.
