Leadership Team
Louis Baltimore joined NIRI in 2017 and currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Rocky Mountain NIRI Chapter. Louis works for TPH&Co as a member of the Refiners, Chemicals and Renewable Fuels equity research team. Before joining TPH, Louis served in various investor relations and corporate finance roles in both the oil and gas and renewables sectors. Louis moved to Denver from the East Coast in 2011 to do equity research covering E&P stocks for Macquarie Capital. After graduating from business school, he worked for a small private E&P company operating in the Appalachian Basin. Louis earned a BA in Economics from Wesleyan University and holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Heathe Cooper has been an active member of NIRI since 1998. She is currently serving her twelfth term as Vice President and Membership Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter and has previously served the Chapter as Sponsorship Chair and a Golden Summit Committee lead. Heathe has three decades of experience in the graphic design industry having been a Director at Watermark, a Denver-based boutique marketing communications agency. Prior to joining Watermark, she spent two decades at Curran & Connors, establishing the Rocky Mountain region as Regional Manager after a successful stint in the Company's NY headquarters. Residing in Longmont, Colorado, Heathe has served nine years on the Board of Directors of The Longmont Humane Society. She enjoys riding her motorcycle and daily dog play dates with her fellow pet-obsessed friends.
Miranda Villavicencio joined Ball Corporation, a global supplier of metal packaging for beverage, personal care, and household products customers, in 2021 as an intern and is now an investor relations analyst. Together with her undergraduate, graduate studies and her building knowledge base in the field of investor relations and her industry, she demonstrates a wide perspective and progressing leadership qualities as evident with her 2023 NIRI Class of Rising Leaders. She holds a B.A from the University of Northern Colorado in International Affairs; Global Political Economy and a Master’s from the University of Denver, Josef Korbel School of International Studies in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Integration.
Ann Scott has been member of NIRI since 1999 and currently serves as Director at Large, having previously served as Vice President and Sponsorship Chair for the Rocky Mountain Chapter. Ann is also a member of the NIRI Senior Roundtable. Ann Scott is retiring from Ball Corporation effective the end of 2024 following a 37-year career with the company. Ann previously served as vice president, investor relations for Ball and continues to mentor finance professionals in the areas of investor relation's, ESG and M&A. Ann Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business from Ball State University.
Kelsey Henderson currently serves as Director at Large for the Rocky Mountain Chapter of NIRI. She is the Practice Manager of Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations at High Country Search Group where she was tapped to build the function from scratch. She spent the earlier part of her career with Korn Ferry’s Corporate Affairs Practice leading execution and serving as the liaison between clients, candidates, and the firm. She partnered with global clients on executive roles for all company types, varying in size and industry. Her passion and specialty within Corporate Affairs is Investor Relations and she remains one of the very few IR Search Consultants in the country.
Kelsey holds an MBA from The University of Texas at PB and bachelor’s degrees in marketing and political science from the State University of New York. In addition to NIRI Rocky Mountain, she sits on the board of the Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys skiing, hiking, golfing, and playing with her Bernedoodle, Walter.
